This has always been the case, but how is it now during the corona crisis? What is happening now among employers and entrepreneurs?

Research has long since proved that:

  • Most absenteeism is growing because employees are dropping out due to stress complaints.
  • Stress-related cognitive and creative competencies are disrupted.

And that is something you really don’t want or can’t have at the moment! The current problems of the employer:

  • As an employer you now have to keep even more balls in the air than before! You want to seize the opportunities in these unpredictable times. You want to continue to develop right now! How do you stay in good contact with your employee in this hectic time?
  • During this crisis, your company has been hit hard and has suffered losses; all your activities have been shut down. As an entrepreneur you look for new opportunities.
